There are times when you question your calling but God always makes a way. The sermon, written three weeks prior to the Sunday, was about Moses telling God he didn’t feel worthy about leading his people out of bondage. As my husband preached, I watched this little family hanging on every word. I guess I was so caught up with doubt and fear that I to became focused on the Holy Word. “God said to Moses: "I AM WHO I AM." Tell them "I AM has sent me to you.'" Say to them: "The Lord, the God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, has sent me to you; this is my name for ever, and this is how I am to be remembered in every generation." Tell them that I will lead them out of Egypt and bring them to the land of their fathers in Canaan.” I guess if God could get Moses to do the impossible, we could get the ice broken and have the baptism. And that is just what we did.
