"Ask Me, We Have It" is really what the Country Store is all about.  I remember growing up with very little on the table and even less in the cupboard.  My Father worked the fields from sun up to sun down.  We ate what we grew but once a month, my mother and I would travel to the country store and purchase items like flour, sugar, rice, and other things.  I remember seeing shelves full of food, sewing items, crocks, flat irons, and my favorite, candy.  I promised myself that I would own the country store one day.  It took many years but here I stand lost in that dream.  They say, "Dreams come true if you work hard enough". 
 Owning a store is hard work and the days are long.  Our little village is quickly turning into a town with new folks arriving everyday.  Perry's Country Store has changed over the last five years.  We added Hardware, Dress Shop, Meat Market, and the Apothecary. This is now my life and I love it!
